“Giving First Aid The Personal Touch”

CTS First Aid was established in 2003 as the result of a request for training and assessing services. Founder, Matt Curd, has been involved in first aid at various levels for the past 20 years, starting in the British Red Cross (BRCS) as a first aider, then working his way up to qualify as an Emergency Medical Technician and become Advisory External Defibrillator (AED) trained.

Coaching was the next logical step, followed by gaining formal qualifications in First Aid Training & Assessing, as Matt was already an Engineering Trainer and Assessor. Then he went on to qualify as a First Aid Trainer and Assessor for St John Ambulance and Royal Mail.

Now, CTS First Aid run courses and assess first aiders in Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties, as well as offering their services on a freelance basis to other first aid training organisations.
